About Me

Hey y’all! I’m Adelaide Grace Dillon. My fight against hunger started long before I became an advocate. It began in my school cafeteria, watching friends pretend they "forgot their lunch" rather than sign up for free meals. That shame shouldn’t exist. That’s why Grace at the Table was born; not just from my middle name, but from the gut-punch realization that hunger hides in plain sight, even among people we see every day.

I’m now 17 and determined to rewrite that story. This is about dignity and justice, not charity. Through advocacy kits, food drives, and straight-talk with lawmakers, we’re building a world where no kid apologizes for being hungry, and no family has to choose between rent and groceries.

Change starts at the table. Will you pull up a chair?

We empower young people to take action against hunger with grace, gathering at the table to learn, give, and serve; one act at a time.

As National American Miss Nashville Teen 2024, I launched canned food drives, fundraisers, and library readings to help fight childhood hunger. These experiences inspired me to create this project, combining my passion for service with a commitment to making a difference.

A Crowning Start

“Hunger is not an issue of charity. It is an issue of justice.”
